HELP! MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED OR WRONG?
WE AIM TO GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, WHICH IS WHY EACH PRODUCT GOES THROUGH A RIGOROUS QUALITY CONTROL PROCESS.
IF THE ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY AT SUPPORT@WIKILORA.COM (PLEASE EMAIL US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF PACKAGE DELIVERY).
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
- THE ITEM MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN YOU RECEIVED IT.
- IT SHOULD BE UNUSED, WITH ALL TOOL KIT ITEMS AND FREE GIFTS.
- THE ITEM MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
- YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND A CLEAR PHOTO OF THE DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
- RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED BACK WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER THE DELIVERY DATE.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
THE REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE RETURNED PACKAGE (AND THE PACKAGE MUST REMAIN IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION). IF YOUR REFUND REQUEST IS APPROVED, THE REFUNDED AMOUNT WILL BE RETURNED TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD (CARD), AND IT NORMALLY TAKES 3-7 DAYS TO REFLECT ON YOUR CREDIT CARD. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGE AFTER DELIVERY
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SHIPMENT THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN DELIVERED TO THE RECIPIENT'S ADDRESS. THEREFORE, WE CANNOT OFFER A REFUND OR RESHIPMENT FOR ANY PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN LOST OR STOLEN AFTER DELIVERY.
